Shipping
| Dispatch | Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same day; all orders within 24 hours. |
| Delivery time | Placeholder — typically 2–4 working days nationwide. Remote areas may take a day longer. |
| Shipping fee | Placeholder — flat rate below a threshold, free above it. Shown exactly at checkout. |
| Tracking | Every order ships with tracking, sent by SMS and WhatsApp. |
Cash on Delivery
| How it works | Pay the rider in cash when your watch arrives. No advance, no card needed. |
| Inspection | Check the sealed package on arrival. Watches can't be worn before payment, but returns cover you after. |
Returns & Exchanges
| Return window | Placeholder — e.g. 7 days from delivery for unused watches in original packaging. |
| Condition | Watches must be unworn, with tags, protective films and box intact. |
| Process | Message us on WhatsApp with your order number → we arrange pickup → refund or exchange after inspection. |
| Refunds | COD refunds via bank transfer; online payments reversed to the original method. |
| Exchange rules | Placeholder — size/colour exchanges prioritised where stock allows. |
