Every ARVELIA watch is covered against manufacturing defects from the day it arrives.
What's covered

| Doesn't cover | Normal wear and scratches, accidental damage, water damage beyond stated resistance, battery depletion, strap wear, or unauthorized repairs. |
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short video of the issue.
- We'll confirm whether it's covered — usually within 24 hours.
- Send the watch to us (we cover courier for valid claims); we repair or replace it.
Keep your order number — it's your warranty proof. No registration needed.
