Yes — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.

No. Checkout works as a guest — just your name, phone number and delivery address.

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. Pay the rider in cash when your watch arrives — please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

No advance is required for Cash on Delivery orders.

You can check the sealed package on arrival. For hygiene and safety, watches can't be worn or trialled before payment, but our return policy covers you if anything isn't right.

Delivery time placeholder — orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 2–4 working days nationwide. You'll receive tracking by SMS and WhatsApp.

Shipping fee placeholder — a flat rate applies below a certain order value, and shipping is free above it. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Return window placeholder — unused watches in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within the stated window. See Delivery & Returns for the full process.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We'll arrange pickup or drop-off and process your refund or exchange once the watch is inspected.

Yes — every watch is covered against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. See the Warranty page for exactly what's covered and how to claim.

Normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the watch's stated resistance, and unauthorized repairs. Full details are on the Warranty page.

Yes. Every watch is photographed in our own studio under consistent light — what you see is what arrives. We never use renders or borrowed brand imagery.

We describe every product honestly: brand, visible finish, strap and dial as photographed. If a detail isn't listed, we don't claim it.
